I highly recommend you call Duane if you have a home repair need! We hired Duane  to repair a leaking skylight on our screened porch. The Technician was on time, pleasant, and listened to our needs. His work was excellent! The leak is gone and the repaired ceiling looks like new! The cost was the same as the estimate, and a very good value - about one quarter the quote from another company who wanted to replace both skylights rather than repair one!
